Shipping Charges

We usually ship using FedEx, although we are not limited and may use DHL, USPS or UPS as we try to maintain the most economical and quickest delivery means. Whichever method, we are subject to their standards, regulations and delivery limitations. RealWoodenToys.com makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, after verifying payment authenticity.

International Orders
All of RealWoodenToys.com's international orders are shipped with tracking capabilities. International customers and customers with international billing addresses are required to e-mail us scanned and LEGIBLE images of their identification and credit card after their order is placed. Feel free to block a couple of the numbers on the copy of the credit card for security reasons. This is a security measure that we need to take in order to verify billing addresses. The billing information will be shredded and discarded after the verification process.

Purchasing by Mail
Please use the RealWoodenToys.com shopping cart to select/calculate items and tally final cost, including shipping and tax (if applicable). Then send check or money order payable to the address below, along with item numbers, quantity, ship-to address and contact phone number (if possible). Please allow 10-12 days for check clearing and delivery. Price includes shipping, handling and tax charge.

Returns

All of our toys have a 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with our toys, products or service, we will replace your order, refund your money, or do whatever it takes to make it right. That is our promise.

The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent: unused, unhandled and with the original invoice. Although we check all merchandise prior to shipment, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any damage. Damaged goods due to customer negligence or items without their invoice will not be accepted for refund. Please e-mail us at customerservice@realwoodentoys.com or call RealWoodenToys.com customer service at 615-297-TOYS (8697) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please do not return items without an RA# and confirmation. RA#'s expire seven (7) days after being issued. We recommend you send the package by registered or insured mail since RealWoodenToys.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Clearly print your name, address and RA# on the outside of the package in the return area and mail to:

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds are not made for special toy "grab-bags".

Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Our toys are well-made, relatively safe and probably more so than most toys on the market. However, for any unlikely events and for legalities compliance, we must recommend adult supervision for children under the age of 3. Some toys come with wire springs, pull ropes, balls and/or other small parts/accessories. Other parts of toys can be removed and may be potentially dangerous if played with in any unattended fashion (i.e. throwing, swallowing, etc).

Under no circumstances shall Real Wooden Toys/RealWoodenToys.com be liable for any damages or injury, including any direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages, that may result from the use of, or the inability to use, the toys or any materials purchased or given from or originating from Real Wooden Toys/RealWoodenToys.com, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the information available in the web site. Real Wooden Toys/RealWoodenToys.com shall not be liable even if Real Wooden Toys/RealWoodenToys.com or a Real Wooden Toys/RealWoodenToys.com authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
